After you have chosen your holiday, the next step is to contact us at Ride
The Alps by email or by phoning us any time between 8am and 8pm on: 0113 225 9946. Our fax number is +33 (0)450 870061. We can confirm that there's a place on your trip of choice and discuss whether or not the trip is suitable for you. If we're not around please leave a message and we'll get right back to you.
After confirmation of availability and suitability you can go ahead and book your trip and flight. You will need to pay your deposit within one week of booking as unconfirmed places will not be held open for long. To make a booking you must have filled out the details on our simple booking form.
This can be downloaded and faxed or posted to us at the address below. This form will ask you whether or not you have read our terms and conditions. You must indicate that you have read and understand these by ticking the box and signing the form.
If your trip is imminent i.e. less than 8 weeks to departure, you can give us the details over the phone and sign the form when you arrive. The deposit for the European trips is £150 per person (£75 for Alpine Singletrack Weekends) and £175 for special trips. A receipt for your deposit will be sent to you through the post.
Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to the trip departure so any bookings made after this cut-off date must be paid in full at the point of booking. You will be reminded that final payment is due by email. This email will also include the final details of your holiday and a personal details form for you to fill in and return to us by email or by fax. You will also need to have secured travel insurance for you and your bike by this stage. If you need recommendations or have any further requests please email us with your questions. One we receive your final payment, a receipt will be sent to you through the post.
For those of you booking from overseas, use this link to convert the price into your own currency. The price you pay will be the converted figure on the day of booking. Contact us by email to arrange a bank transfer.
