How to book | Ride The Alps - specialist mountain bike holidays in the French and Swiss Alps

After you have chosen your holiday, the next step is to contact us by email at: info@ridethealps.com or telephone between 8am and 8pm on: 0033 450 87 00 61 to make your booking. We will confirm that the dates you want are available and discuss whether or not the trip is suitable for you.

Step 1

Following confirmation of availability and suitability, we will send you a booking form by email for you to complete. This you will need to return to us by email or post to our address in France. We also require a deposit paid by euro cheque or bank transfer.

Step 3

You will need to pay your deposit within one week of making the booking as unconfirmed places will not be held open for long. The deposit is half of the guiding and admin fee for the trip. You will be informed of this amount when you make your booking.

Step 4

Final payment is due four weeks prior to the trip departure so any bookings made after this cut-off date must be paid in full at the point of booking. You will be reminded that final payment is due by email. This email will also include the final details of your holiday and a personal details form for you to fill in and return to us by email. You will also need to have secured travel insurance for you and your bike by this stage. If you need recommendations or have any further requests please email us with your questions. One we receive your final payment, a receipt will be sent to you by email. All prices are in euro. For those of you booking out of the euro zone, use this link to convert the price into your own currency. The price you pay will be the converted figure on the day of booking.
