Email us to discuss and book the trip you have in mind and your specific needs. We aim to reply within 24 hrs with our recommendations and a quote.
Once we’ve agreed on the trip for you, we require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit is half of the guiding and administration fee for the trip. You will be informed of this amount when you make your booking. We accept payment by bank transfer, euro cheque and British cheque (plus a fee of 30 euro).
Final payment is due eight weeks prior to the trip departure so any bookings made after this cut-off date must be paid in full at the point of booking. You will be reminded that final payment is due by email. This email will also include the final details of your holiday and a personal details form for you to fill in and return to us by email. You will also need to have secured travel insurance for you and your bike by this stage. Once we receive your final payment, a receipt will be sent to you by email.
